This cocktail is a real aromatic crowd pleaser. As the Satsuma and clove ice-cubes cubes melt, your gin and tonic has an instant Christmas make-over. Served with a rosemary sprig that could easily pass for a Christmas tree, this is basically Christmas in a glass. Served at Foundation.

How to make it:
Place pre-made ice cubes in a tall glass, pour over Tanqueray and elderflower cordial and stir 10 times. Top with tonic water and add a wedge of lime and rosemary leaves to garnish.
Christmas is all about indulgence and this cocktail is certainly indulgent. Pink champagne mixed with Smirnoff Blueberry and served with an extremely fancy physalis. Served at Strawberry Moons.
Everything great about an Old fashioned with a blinging twist. Smirnoff Gold, Crème de Cacao White, and Angostura Bitters served with a gold chocolate bar perfect for the Christmassy, gangster, Don Draper types. Served at Abacus.
