BIG things are happening in the City this spring and if you don’t believe us, say hello to Core. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we’re sure you’ve heard it all before: divine thirst-quenching cocktails, mouth-watering food and...

...a killer soundtrack to rock your socks off, but what’s actually new about this place? Well, dear Londoners, the real question is where the hell do we start?

Core is the latest offering from the team that brought you Foundation in Covent Garden,  so mixology and raving are clearly a given, but the City offering has raised the bar in terms of its approach to its day-time and night-time offering. This is the new place to indulge in the heart of the buzzing, vibrant City.

Taking centre stage is the cocktail wizardry. Trademark specials include Garden Jam, The Gaffa and Big Peanuts and re-spun classics like the A&M Cosmo and Chocolate Orange Martini add an exciting twist to the standard cocktail list.

The biggest surprise at Core, however, comes in the form of Brew & Brew – an expertly crafted coffee cocktail. Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it peeps. Made from top-of-the- range Craft Beers, with a shot of caffeine and a frothy beer top, this is definitely a brew to perk you right up after work. You know you have to try it, just to say you have.

If you’re feeling slightly peckish, the menu is not to be missed. Featuring insane Salt Beef Sandwiches for a lunchtime treat and hearty Aged Rib-eye Steak for dinner, we can guarantee you won’t leave hungry. Just make sure you try the melt-in-your-mouth Runny Scotch Egg, it’s a game-changer!

Finally, if we haven’t already convinced you to get your arses down to Core, the team’s attitude is just spot on. Their friendly demeanour and determination to bring the fun to the City after a fast-paced day in the office, is all you need for a brilliant evening.

Get on the guest list at one of Core’s exclusive launch parties and win a mixology experience at Late Night London’s fresh new kid on the block.
