Something For The Week

25 March 2014

Who needs to wait til the weekend to shop shop shop when ASOS have just reduced *thousands* of items by up to 50%? We're certainly not waiting, that's for sure.

The ASOS sale is a bit of a minefield as there is SO. MUCH. STUFF and items are selling out quickly, but if you're patient you'll find some real gems. Everything from ASOS own brand to high street labels to designer names can be found in the sale, so whether you're after a new swimsuit or a new watch you should be able to find something snazzy.

To help you cut through the clutter, I've listed below my top ten sale picks which, at time of writing, are still available in lots of sizes. It should at least help get you started :)

Happy bargain hunting!

6. Sequin Dress by ASOS Collection - £42.50 (reduced from £85)

There's something effortlessly sexy about a long sleeve mini dress and this sequinned number has it all. Great with a tan come summer, but it would also look lush with black opaques if you're considering investing in it now and wearing right through til next 'party season'. (Crikey, I nearly wrote the C word then, in March!!!).

7. Maxi Dress by ASOS Black - £60 (reduced from £120)

Somehow this dress is managing to feel vintage and futuristic all at once. It's gorgeously romantic maxi and SO easy to wear - plus it's smart enough for any upcoming wedding guest duties without being all stuffy and formal.

8. Sandals by ASOS Collection - £20 (reduced from £40)

Pool sliders have, bizarrely, become a favourite shoe type amongst the fash pack. This pair have a holographic finish, white foamy sole AND embellishment. What more could you want?!

9. Jacket by ASOS - £27.50 (reduced from £55)

We'd love this if it was just a floral jacquard jacket, but the sequin capped shoulders have made us click 'add to basket' quicker than you can say 'ZOMFG SEQUINS!'.
