This week's a bit of a mix of tastes and styles, but I love everything I've chosen here. The first five items could be a killer outfit in itself if worn together, but any of the new season pieces below should come as a welcome addition to any wardrobe.
Oh and good news for anyone who has already spent too much £ on booze this month, everything here is high street. I know it can be mean to feature an amazing £800 dress and then leave you with the heady choice of 'RENT OR DRESS? RENT OR DRESS?!?'. Now you can definitely choose dress, even if there aren't actually any dresses featured this week. Erm.
1. Tee by Topshop - £36
Granted I've just been at LFW, but I think more clothes should be fluffy fursome.
2. Jeans by The Ragged Priest - £55
Knee slits are too easy, go full shredder-tastic or go home.
3. Coat by Goldie - £79
A great fash-wan shape in a sophisticated shade of green.
4. Shoes by Topshop - £58
Again, a great colour for AW14 but they're also comfy thanks to the decent platform. Not Air Max comfy, but you know what I mean.
5. Bag by Zara - £109
Ok so this bag isn't the cheapest bearing in mind it's from Zara and not 100% leather (it's a PU/leather mix) but it does look very Stella chic.
6. Jacket by Warehouse - £65
I have a similar jacket in denim which I live in. You cannot underestimate the snuggly protection of a big borg collar. The colour of this faux leather jacket is what's making me weak at the knees though. So special.
7. Playsuit by Miss Selfridge - £49
Shove those summery playsuits to the back of the wardrobe, we're heading into the new season and the new season is EMBELLISHED.
8. Jumper by Warehouse - £42
Totally great and comes with the added bonus of offering passing hotties if they want to play noughts and crosses.....ON YOU. (Chat up line advice is free).
9. Trousers by River Island - £40
I've got to hand it to River Island, they come up with some pretty expensive looking digital prints. These cigarette pants are a flattering shape and just that extra bit more interesting than the norm.
10. Jumper by Warehouse - £42
Maybe it's because I have this romantic vision of being snuggled in a vintage ski resort in oversized jumpers all day or maybe it's because I want a bowl of Neapolitan ice cream, but this jumper is looking mighty fine right now.
