You have an extra day to get down to the shops this weekend (wooooheeee!) and as the weather doesn't look like it will be up to much, you may as well be BUYING ALL THE THINGS.
Whether you brave the high street or make your orders from bed nursing a hangover (that's certainly what I'll be doing) there are plenty of gorgeous pieces to take your fancy.
I could buy pretty much everything in Warehouse at the moment, but in the interest of fairness this isn't a post just dedicated to Warehouse. It could have been though, so do head their first if you decide to spend your weekend shopping!
Happy long weekend!
1. Dress by Warehouse - £52
This dress is called the 'Bardot', which makes sense as I could picture the ultimate babe herself wearing it. Channel your inner sexy siren and get those shoulders out.
2. Dress by Oasis - £58
This would make for a great wedding guest dress, but I don't need a reason to buy it.
3. Earrings by Miss Selfridge - £6.50
I like diamonds as much as the next girl, but with costume jewellery coming in such fab designs on the high street these days you almost feel silly to pay more than a tenner for new earrings.
4. Dress by Warehouse - £90
Okay so it's not the cheapest, but it's 100% silk and the print is stunning.
5. Scarf by Zara - £17.99
It's officially scarf season. No, not woolly scarves (fashion moves fast but we're not in bonfire mode just yet), I'm talking about lightweight 'summer scarves'....the type you can have scrunched away in your bag for when it gets a bit nippy in the evenings or for when it's warm when you leave for work but suddenly FREEZING at lunchtime. Zara have lots of great prints and they're all super soft without breaking the bank.
6. Bra & Knickers by Topshop - £30
They're sheer. They're sexy. THE LIGHTNING BOLT IS MADE OF UV MATERIAL AND WILL SHINE IN A NIGHTCLUB.
7. Dress by Warehouse - £68
I love the high neck of this dress, throw a statement necklace on top (the bigger the better) and you're ready to go.
8. Dress by Oasis - £60
Again, it's all about the neckline with this dress. Channel your inner Georgian with this beautifully soft number.
9. Sandals by FitFlop - £90
It's all well and good having sandals that look good, but if you live in London you just KNOW your shoes need to be comfy too. Style points aren't enough these days, be more demanding and put comfort to the top of your wishlist too...these FitFlops look great AND stand up to plenty of city stomping. Perfect for commuting and summer parties.
10. Dress by Warehouse - £32
See, not all the Warehouse dresses are expensive this season! This dress can easily be really dressed up with high heels for posh nights out on your hols, or wear it with flats for easy daytime glamour.
